Why I'm building this
I know how heavy this gets.
Built by one founder, for the people carrying the same weight.
I run a company. I know the pressure, and how quietly it builds.
Most of it stays in your head, unfinished, at 2am.
Journaling helps. Every journal I tried made it complicated.
Blank pages, formatting, streaks to protect. Easy to give up on, and I did.
So this is my mission: journaling done properly.
You talk for five minutes. It returns structure, patterns and time.
My open promise
To keep working at this until every five minutes you give it pays you back more than the last.
One · Capture
Talking runs at the speed you think. Typing doesn't.
- Five spoken minutes is about 700 words, or half an hour of typing.
- Clean prose back, headings done, your phrasing intact.
- Bullet points back straight away, while the thinking is still fresh.
- Prefer to type? Same entry either way.
Two · Reporting
The weekly review, written without you.
- Two minutes every Sunday: what moved, what did not, what to sit with.
- Repeat decisions become threads with days open and the blocker you named.
- Monthly shows which themes ate the month.
- Wins logged with dates, including the ones you waved away.
Three · Yours to keep
A record you own, with nothing to maintain.
- Full markdown export in two taps. No lock in.
- Searchable six months later: what did I decide about Berlin?
- Encrypted, never read by a person, never used to train anything.
- No streak to protect. Crunch weeks are when you need it most.
